What's happening in Real Estate

Tags: REAL ESTATE, STATS, FALL

The days are getting shorter, but the crisp fall air is slowly rolling in.  Fall is a time for new things, a rejuvenation of the real estate market, business and thanksgiving.

The real estate stats have been released, and there's much to understand. We've dug deep and analyzed what the numbers are saying, and here's what you should know:

PRICE:
The average price of a home is $1,074,754, which means that the average sale price of a home is up +1.2%. That's up by $13K in the last 12 months.

TIME:
Homes are selling in approximately 29 days. This means that from the time a home is listed on MLS, it takes approx. 29 days to accept an offer. Closing typically takes 30-90 days.

SALES:
The number of homes for sale is down by -4.1%. With sales down -47.4% in some areas and the number of new listings, we are in a more balanced market.

134 St Lawrence Drive is the total package!

Good things come in threes! Three levels of charm and style, three underground parking spots and almost 3,000 square feet of living space are just a few of the things that make this Port Credit executive townhome something truly special.
